1. Chemicals for Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment

  • Common chemicals used in water and wastewater treatment plants are: Coagulant (PAC, Ferric Chloride etc), Polymer (Anionic & Cationic), Heavy Metal removal, Bacteria Powder, Nutrient (Urea, Phosphoric Acid etc).

2. Automated Control and Monitoring System (HMI, Scada System)

  • Automation is a growing trend in many aspects of life, be it in manufacturing or services, especially in sectors which are heavily reliant on human operators.

  • We integrate automated control system into the water & wastewater process control by using PLC, HMI & SCADA system.

  • An automated control system is able to minimize human dependence in operating and control setting.

  • Alarm log is able to trace errors such as pump malfunctioning, power-tripping etc.

  • During Auto Mode, each equipment’s condition is shown on screen.

  • Clients can switch to manual mode on the touch screen if required.

3. Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF)

  • Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit is a solid/ liquid separator machine which injects microfine air bubbles that attach to suspended solids so that the solids float to the surface.

  • DAF is suitable to treat water or wastewater containing oil, grease or particles that float easily on the water.

  • Applicable to industries below: rubber glove manufacturer, food, ice-cream, paper mill, plastic, milk & dairy, river water treatment and etc.

4. Inclined Plate Clarifier (IPC)

  • Inclined Plate Clarifier (IPC) is type of liquid/ solid separator to separate suspended solids from water by settling process. The clarifier is constructed by a series of flat plates inclined in a rectangular sedimentation tank.

  • These inclined plates provide a large effective settling area within a small footprint, hence making IPC a good choice when footprint constraint is a concern.

  • Applicable to industries below: chemicals plating or coating, semiconductor, scrubber wastewater, groundwater treatment, river water treatment and etc.

5. Static Screen

  • Static Screen is a type of solid/liquid separator, of which its fine mesh remove solids from primary effluent that could cause clogging in check valve, centrifugal pump etc.

  • Applicable to industries below: chicken slaughtering house, textile, plastic recycling, paper mill, river water pre-treatment and etc.
